Weekly Classes
This is our General Weekly Schedule of Classes. Classes run for 60 minutes, unless otherwise noted. Descriptions of each class can be found on our Class Descriptions Page. Please click the button above to sign up for your class! Also above, you can download a printable weekly copy of the schedule,which also includes some special events.
If you need to, please do your best to cancel within 2 hours if you cannot make a class so others may sign up. (Directions on how to cancel are on the FAQs page). The software will not allow for cancellations within 15 minutes of the scheduled class time. Thank you!
All classes are geared toward adult participants. Children over the age of 14 can come with a parent. If you would like to bring a child under the age of 14, please contact Cathy for a conversation about your particular situation. Children must be registered as a participant and must be accompanied by a parent enrolled in the same class. The same fees apply.
